" For me, summer is the time to get away from the fastpaced city life. The photo was taken at a secluded bay by lake Taupo where I camped over Christmas. It was the perfect way to unwind and enjoy the company of family, friends and mother nature."

Shot in Days Bay, Wellington. " While experimenting with my new long lens my friend spotted this Tui in the Pohutakawa, it stayed there just long enough for me to compose and get the shot. I edited the image in CS5"
